Higher answers use a wider range of negatives. They are perfect for talking about stress and changing habits.
Wellbeing words
le stress, stressé(e), se reposer (to rest), se sentir bien / mal (to feel well / bad), dormir (to sleep), la santé mentale (mental health), parler à quelqu'un (to talk to someone).
Il vaut mieux + infinitive = it is better to: Il vaut mieux parler à quelqu'un.

More negatives
Negatives as the subject
Personne ne + verb = nobody: Personne ne m'écoute.
Rien ne + verb = nothing: Rien ne change.
Aucun agrees with its noun: aucun problème, aucune solution.

Translate: I drink neither coffee nor tea.
- ne goes before the verb: je ne bois.
- ni ... ni goes before each noun.
- No article is needed after ni.
Answer: Je ne bois ni café ni thé.
ne...plus = no longer, ne...que = only, ne...ni...ni = neither...nor, ne...pas encore = not yet, ne...aucun(e) = no / not any. Personne ne and rien ne can start a sentence. Il vaut mieux + infinitive = it is better to.
