To give advice about staying healthy you need verbs like must, can and want, followed by an infinitive.
Healthy living words
manger sainement (to eat healthily), boire de l'eau (to drink water), dormir (to sleep), faire de l'exercice (to exercise), se reposer (to rest), être en forme (to be fit), être en bonne santé (to be healthy).
Modal verbs
Il faut
Il faut + infinitive = you must / it is necessary to. It never changes.
Il faut manger cinq fruits et légumes par jour.
Pour être en forme, il faut faire de l'exercice.
Negative: Il ne faut pas manger trop de sucre = you must not eat too much sugar.
Il faut manger cinq fruits et légumes par jour.

Translate: We must eat healthily.
- We must: nous devons.
- Then the infinitive: manger.
- Healthily: sainement.
Answer: Nous devons manger sainement.
devoir, pouvoir, vouloir and savoir are followed by an infinitive. Il faut + infinitive = you must. Il ne faut pas = you must not.
