The speaking exam has three tasks in a row. Knowing exactly what each one wants makes it far less scary.
The paper
Reading aloud
Most final consonants are silent: tout, petit, vous.
A final -e is silent: elle, une.
Liaison: a silent final consonant links to a vowel that follows: vous‿avez, deux‿heures, on‿a.
-tion sounds like "see-on": pollution. h is silent: hôtel.

Picture task and conversation
Describe: Sur la photo, il y a ... (people). Ils sont à la plage / dans un parc (location). Ils jouent / mangent / parlent (activity).
Develop every answer: add an opinion, a reason (parce que ...) and another time frame (past or future).
