Your daily routine is built from reflexive verbs and times. Chores use faire and a few other verbs.
Routine
je me réveille (I wake up), je me lève (I get up), je me douche (I have a shower), je m'habille (I get dressed), je me brosse les dents (I brush my teeth), je me couche (I go to bed).

Telling the time
à sept heures (at 7:00), à sept heures et quart (7:15), à sept heures et demie (7:30), à huit heures moins le quart (7:45), à midi, à minuit.

Helping at home
je fais la vaisselle (I do the washing-up), je range ma chambre (I tidy my room), je passe l'aspirateur (I vacuum), je mets la table (I set the table), je fais la cuisine (I cook), je sors la poubelle (I take the bin out).
Translate: I wake up at half past six, then I have a shower.
- I wake up: je me réveille.
- At half past six: à six heures et demie.
- Then I have a shower: puis je me douche.
Answer: Je me réveille à six heures et demie, puis je me douche.
Reflexive verbs: je me lève, je m'habille, je me couche. Times: et quart, et demie, moins le quart. Chores: faire la vaisselle, ranger, passer l'aspirateur, mettre la table.
