Name jobs, say what people do and talk about your plans after your exams.
Jobs
Most jobs change for gender: médico / médica (doctor), profesor / profesora (teacher), escritor / escritora (writer), jugador / jugadora (player), director / directora (head teacher).
Some do not change: artista (artist), cantante (singer), policía (police officer).
No article after ser: Mi madre es profesora.
Some do not change: artista (artist), cantante (singer), policía (police officer).

Future plans
Quiero ser... (I want to be), Me gustaría ser... (I would like to be), Voy a... (I am going to), Espero... (I hope to) + infinitive.
Después de los exámenes voy a continuar mis estudios. (continue my studies)
Me gustaría ir a la universidad. Quiero hacer una formación (do a training course).

Reasons
porque quiero ayudar a la gente (help people), ganar mucho dinero (earn a lot of money), viajar.
Me gustaría trabajar en el extranjero. = I would like to work abroad.
Me gustaría trabajar en el extranjero. = I would like to work abroad.
Translate: In the future I would like to be a doctor because I want to help people.
- In the future = en el futuro
- I would like to be = me gustaría ser
- No article: ser médico (or médica)
- help people = ayudar a la gente
Answer: En el futuro me gustaría ser médico porque quiero ayudar a la gente.
Ser + job with no article: es profesora. Quiero ser / me gustaría ser / voy a + infinitive for plans. En el extranjero = abroad.
