Using services abroad means asking for help clearly and describing things you have lost.

Getting things done
faire + infinitive = to have something done (you need to recognise this).
Je fais réparer mon vélo. = I am having my bike repaired.
Je dois faire nettoyer ma veste. = I must have my jacket cleaned.

Translate: Yesterday I lost my wallet on the train.
- Yesterday: hier.
- I lost: j'ai perdu.
- My wallet: mon portefeuille. On the train: dans le train.
Answer: Hier, j'ai perdu mon portefeuille dans le train.
