  2. there are = hay
  3. a bathroom with a shower = un cuarto de baño con ducha

Answer: En la primera planta hay tres dormitorios y un cuarto de baño con ducha.

El piso, el dormitorio, la cocina, el salón, el comedor, el cuarto de baño, la escalera, la planta baja. La cama, el armario, el sillón, el sofá, el estante, la alfombra, la pared, el suelo, el techo. La nevera, el horno, el lavavajillas, la lavadora, la bañera, el grifo.
