Describe your daily routine. Many routine verbs are reflexive, with a pronoun that means myself, yourself and so on.
Reflexive pronouns
Routine verbs
me despierto (I wake up: e to ie), me levanto (I get up), me ducho (I have a shower), me lavo los dientes (I brush my teeth), me visto (I get dressed: e to i), me acuesto (I go to bed: o to ue)
Not reflexive: desayuno (I have breakfast), salgo de casa (I leave the house), ceno (I have dinner).

Sequencing and negatives
primero (first), luego / después (then, afterwards), más tarde (later), finalmente (finally)
Primero me levanto a las siete. Luego me ducho.
Negative: no goes before the pronoun: No me levanto temprano los domingos.
Primero me levanto a las siete. Luego me ducho.
Negative: no goes before the pronoun: No me levanto temprano los domingos.
Translate: First I get up at seven o'clock, then I get dressed.
- First: primero.
- I get up: me levanto. At seven: a las siete.
- then I get dressed: luego me visto.
Answer: Primero me levanto a las siete, luego me visto.
Reflexive verbs use me, te, se, nos, os, se before the verb: me levanto, me ducho, me visto, me acuesto. Watch the stem changes: despierto, visto, acuesto. Negative: no me levanto.
