Refund policy

GCSE-ready is currently free: every lesson is open and no payments are taken. If paid plans are introduced later, these pages will be updated, with the full business name and address, before any payment is taken.

14-day money-back promise

If you are not happy, email hello@gcse-ready.org within 14 days of your first payment for a plan and we will refund it in full. This applies to the monthly and yearly plans and to the exam pass.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel the monthly or yearly plan at any time from your account page. You will not be charged again, and Premium stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for. After the first 14 days we do not refund part-used periods.

Exam pass

The exam pass is a single payment for access until 31 August 2027. It never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
